African KidsTurn tragedy into hope for vulnerable and hurting children around the world.

Ramya and Sethu were alone, and their extended family was unable to care for them.

And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Micah 6:8

At MB Mission, we want to reflect Jesus’ heart of love and compassion for children. Especially in places where children have been orphaned and abandoned, we are working hard to provide them with love, protection, family and a bright future. Tragic stories of neglect and rejection are being transformed into stories of rescue and redemption as God works through his people to bring justice for marginalized children.

Our children’s homes in least-reached regions of the world are showing the love of Christ to vulnerable and hurting children and teens.

Ramya and her brother Sethu came from a small village in India where their parents were laborers and doing their best to raise and educate their three children. However, one day, the father suddenly became ill, his health deteriorated quickly and he died. The mother was overwhelmed from the loss and afraid to face her future as a widow. While Ramya and Sethu were away at school, the mother gave poison to the youngest child, and then took poison herself. Within hours, relatives found the mother and child unconscious and took them directly to the local hospital. But doctors were not able to save them. The young child died first, and then the mother after a few days. Ramya and Sethu were alone, and their extended family was unable to care for them.

Soon after, these two children were invited to come and live at the Bethania Home for Children where they found the love of Christ and a new family to care for them.

Your support can transform the lives of children like Ramya and Sethu.
